Data protection & grievances
What we collect through this website, why, and what you can make us do about it. Written under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
What we collect through this website
When you submit the appointment or enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- The hospital you selected
- The treatment or concern you selected, and anything you typed about it
- Your preferred day or time, if you gave one
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. We do not track you across other websites.
If you choose to load a Google Map on a hospital page, that map is served by Google and Google may set its own cookies at that point. That is why the maps do not load until you ask for one.
Why we collect it
To contact you and arrange your appointment. That is the purpose you consent to when you tick the first box on the form, and we will not use your details for anything else on the strength of that consent.
To send you dental health tips and offers — only if you separately tick the second, optional box. This is a different purpose and it gets its own consent. We will not bundle the two together, and declining it will never affect your treatment or your appointment.
Once you become a patient, your clinical records are handled under our obligations as a clinical establishment, which are separate from this website notice.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data. To anyone, ever.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you booked an appointment.
- We do not require you to accept marketing in order to be treated.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and then for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about it. If you do not become a patient and ask us to erase your enquiry, we will.
Clinical records are retained for the periods required of a clinical establishment, which are longer, and are not governed by this notice.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Ask us what personal data of yours we hold, and what we have done with it
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated
- Have your data erased, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for
- Withdraw your consent at any time — and it must be as easy to withdraw as it was to give
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it
Withdrawing your consent
Tell us, and we will act on it. There is no form to find and no process to navigate — call any hospital, or message us on WhatsApp, and say you want to withdraw consent.
Withdrawing marketing consent stops the tips and offers. It has no effect at all on your treatment, your appointments, or how you are looked after.
Raising a grievance
To be completed before launch. The DPDP Rules require us to publish the name and contact details of the person who answers data protection questions and grievances. In the meantime, please raise any concern by calling any of our hospitals and we will route it to the right person.
If we do not resolve your grievance to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Our hospital phone numbers are on the contact page.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page. Where the change is material we will ask for your consent again rather than assume the old one still covers it.
