Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked most. Every treatment page has its own set covering that treatment specifically.
About treatment with us
Use the booking form on this site, message us on WhatsApp, or call the hospital nearest you directly — every branch number is on our contact page and in the footer. If you are in pain, please call rather than filling in a form; we triage urgent cases ahead of routine appointments.
Whichever is closest, for most treatment. All five hospitals do everyday dentistry — check-ups, fillings, root canals, crowns, cleaning. Complex surgical work such as full-mouth rehabilitation and zygomatic implants is done at our Banjara Hills Elite hospital, and we will move you there if your case needs it rather than compromising.
We listen to what is bothering you, examine your mouth, and take X-rays or a scan if we need to see more. Nothing is treated on the first visit unless it is urgent or you want it dealt with there and then.
Tell us at the start — it changes how we run the appointment. We explain before we do anything, agree a stop signal with you, and take breaks. We will not tell you a procedure is painless; we will tell you what it will actually feel like, which most anxious patients find more reassuring than a promise. Sedation is available for treatment that you cannot face awake.
Yes, from their first tooth or first birthday, whichever comes first. Early visits are deliberately unhurried and often involve no treatment at all — the aim is that a child's first experience of a dental chair happens when nothing hurts. See our children's dentistry page.
Yes — a significant share of our implant and smile-design work is for patients flying in. Some treatments genuinely cannot be compressed into one trip, and we will say so rather than start something we cannot finish. See our International patients page.
Visiting a hospital
An appointment means you will be seen at a known time. We do see walk-ins and we triage genuine emergencies ahead of routine work, but without an appointment you may wait. Call the hospital before you set off.
Parking arrangements vary by hospital. Please check the individual hospital page, or call the branch — the team there will tell you exactly where to leave the car.
English, Telugu and Hindi across all hospitals.
